90-Day Challenge Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
 (“Challenge Terms”)

Effective Date: 20 October 2025
Closing Date: 11 January 2026

These Challenge Terms set out the rules that apply when an agency (“Participant,” “you”) registers for and takes part in the 90-Day Agency Accelerator Challenge (“Challenge”) organised by Care Hires Ltd (“Care Hires,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under brand name and referenced as “Agency Accelerator”.

    1. Eligibility
      1. Agency Status: Participation is open only to staffing or recruitment agencies that are valid business entities and legally able to contract in their jurisdiction.
      2. Platform Requirement: Each Participant must maintain an active Agency Accelerator account in good standing throughout the Challenge.
      3. Age & Authority: The person completing registration on behalf of the agency must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the agency to these terms.

    2. Challenge Period
      1. Start Date: 00:01 GMT on 20 October 2025
      2. End Date: 23:59 GMT on 11 January 2026
      3. All revenue, tasks, and leaderboard activities will be measured strictly within these dates.

    3. How to Enter
      1. Register via the official Challenge landing page and accept these Challenge Terms.
      2. Maintain an active Agency Accelerator account for the entire Challenge period.

    4. Revenue Counting & Verification
      1. Eligible Revenue: Only revenue billed through the Agency Accelerator platform between the Start Date and End Date counts toward any revenue-based scoring or prize criteria.
      2. Verification: Agency Accelerator may verify revenue and activity directly from the Agency Accelerator platform. Participants agree to allow Agency Accelerator to access necessary billing data for verification.
      3. Disqualification: Any attempt to falsify revenue, artificially inflate transactions, or otherwise manipulate results will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.

    5. Prizes
      1. Grand and Major Prizes: 
        1. Agency Accelerator Pro – Free for 12 Months (single agency licence)
        2. Three-Night Stay in Dubai (including flights and accommodation for two, subject to booking terms)
        3. Agency of the Year Feature in one or more recognised industry or business publications
        4. Care Academy – Free Access for All Users for a period of twelve (12) months
        5. Agency Plaques awarded to the winning agencies
        6. Founders Dinner in London with the Agency Accelerator leadership team
        7. VIP Mastermind Experience hosted by Agency Accelerator
        8. Six-Month 1-to-1 Business-Growth Coaching Package
        9. Discounts on Capital Advance financing solutions (percentage and terms to be confirmed at award)
        10. Discounts on Care Insurance policies (percentage and terms to be confirmed at award)
        11. Agency Summit Invitation (exclusive event access for key agency representatives)
        12. Exclusive Agency Newsletter subscription with insider content and early product insights

      2. Conditions:
        1. Winners are responsible for any taxes, travel documentation, and personal expenses not expressly included.
        2. Travel prizes must be taken within 12 months of award unless otherwise specified.
        3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
        4. Agency Accelerator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.

      3. Notification: 
        1. Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the Challenge end date. 
        2. Failure to respond within 7 days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

    6. Leaderboard & Judging
      1. Final winners will be determined by Agency Accelerators’ internal scoring system, which tracks the revenue billed through the platform.
      2. Agency Accelerators’ decision on all matters relating to scoring and prizes is final and binding.

    7. Participant Obligations
      1. Follow all applicable laws and regulations in running your agency.
      2. Do not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
      3. Maintain professional conduct in all Challenge-related interactions, including community forums and events.

    8. Publicity & Use of Name
      1. By participating, you grant Agency Accelerator the right to use your agency name, logo, and likeness (including testimonials and non-confidential results) in marketing and promotional materials related to the Challenge without additional compensation.

    9. Data Protection
      1. Agency Accelerator will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
      2. Challenge-related data, including revenue information, will be used solely for administration, verification, and promotional purposes related to the Challenge.
      3. No data related to participants will be disclosed externally unless agreed in writing. 

    10. Termination & Disqualification
      1. Agency Accelerator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Challenge if technical failures, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Challenge.
      2. Agency Accelerator may disqualify any Participant for breach of these terms or any fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.

    11. Limitation of Liability
      11.1 Educational Nature of Content
      11.1.1 All Challenge materials, training modules, videos, templates, guest insights, and other information provided by Agency Accelerator (collectively, the “Challenge Content”) are furnished for educational and informational purposes only.
      11.1.2 They are not professional advice (legal, financial, HR, or otherwise) and should not be relied upon as such.
      11.1.3Participants remain solely responsible for their own business decisions, compliance obligations, and results.

      11.2 Indemnification
      11.2.1 Each Participant agrees to       indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agency Accelerator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
      11.2.1.1 the Participant’s use or misuse of the Challenge Content;
      11.2.1.2 any business actions or omissions taken in reliance on the Challenge Content; or
      11.2.1.3 the Participant’s breach of these Challenge Terms or applicable law.

      11.3 Liability Cap: 
      11.3.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agency Accelerator shall not be liable for:
      11.3.2 any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss), even if advised of the possibility of such damages; and
      11.3.3 any direct damages exceeding the value of the highest individual prize actually awarded to that Participant.
    12. No Warranties
      The Challenge Content and Platform are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
    13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
      1. These Challenge Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
      2. Acceptance
        1. By registering for the Challenge, you:
          1. Confirm that you have read and understood these Challenge Terms;
          2. Represent that you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your agency; and
          3. Agree to be bound by them and any additional rules or instructions issued during the Challenge.
